Here's how you do it:

Start your adventure with a breakfast in Port Douglas
Have an early breakfast at Port Douglas on the old sugar wharf, and take in the magnificent view of the Pacific. You can also visit the shopping district along Macrossan Street or if your timing is right, go the Sunday market for local products.

Take a quick dip at Mossman River
After getting your fill in Port Douglas, head straight to Mossman Gorge National Park. Join a Mossman River tour or swim in one of the swimming holes the river runs through. You can also drive straight to Cooya Beach right after exploring the river.


Cruise on the Daintree River Ferry
If you drive past Cooya and Wonga Beach and you will reach the mighty Daintree River. Ride the Daintree River Ferry and cruise through the heart of the Daintree Rainforest.

Walk through the rainforest

Drive to Cape Tribulation
As you exit the rainforest, you will find yourself at Cape Tribulation beach. Enjoy a beachfront lunch at one of the Daintree Rainforest accommodation found along the area.
